Gift Certificate Information
	Gift certificates may be redeemed via the web site or by calling customer service directly at 800.706.5225. Retailers of KoverRoos will not accept gift certificates. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
	What if I lose my gift certificate?
	If you lose your certificate, call customer service at 800.706.5225 or e-mail at customerservice@koverroos.com to find out remaining balance on the gift certificate. Certificates can be retrieved by order number or by name. If you lose your certificate or you suspect that it has been stolen then call us immediately to put a stop on your certificate(s). We will re-issue new ones so that no one else can use your certificate(s). We are not liable for stolen cards and any balances used before we are notified.
	How do I look up the amount of the certificate?
	If the balance is not used with the first purchase, and you forget how much is remaining, call customer service at 800.706.5225 or e-mail at customerservice@koverroos.com to find out remaining balance on the gift certificate. Certificates can be retrieved by order number or by name.
