Warranty and Return Information
At KoverRoos®, we stand behind all of our products. Under our Warranty Policy, we accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws. In the event that you have a KoverRoos® product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, we advise you to email us at
customerservice@KoverRoos.com for a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#). Alternatively, you can call 800-706-5225 to request an RA#.

Exchanges & Returns on regular stock items due to size, fit, or style selection problems may be made within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be made for custom covers. Regular stock items will not be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days. Shipping costs are not refunded as part of the return policy.

Exchange & Return Procedure:
Call Customer Service at 800.706.5225 or e-mail at customerservice@KoverRoos.com to obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Each item returned must have a KoverRoos® RA #.
The KoverRoos® RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container. Shipments received at any KoverRoos® location without proper RA# will not be processed.

KoverRoos® is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.
Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and KoverRoos® will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
Shipment of the damaged cover is not covered under the warranty policy.
Reminder - Shipping costs are not refunded as part of the return policy.

Warranty & Procedure
Products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of:
- KoverRoos Tyvek & KoverRoos III: 2 years
- SupraRoos: 3 years
- WeatherMax: 3 years
Calculated from the date of purchase. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers' original purchase price.
Inspections and Warranty Claim: Upon product receipt and inspection, if the product is determined by KoverRoos® in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a replacement cover will be mailed to the return address on the package. From time-to-time products are discontinued so an exact replacement may not be available. If this is the case a substitute may be offered. If a replacement is issued, the warranted product will not be returned and it will be recycled.

Warranty Procedure:
Should any trouble occur during the warranty period, please call customer Service at 800-706-5225 for support. To validate your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. If it is determined that your cover needs to be returned to us, you will get an authorization number (RA#) from the Customer Service Associate, and you will return the cover, freight prepaid, to Responsible Consumer Products (address below). Clearly mark the carton with your RA#. Covers returned without an RA# cannot be processed.
If it is covered under warranty and inspection shows defective workmanship or material, we will repair or replace the cover with a discount based on the schedule below:
- KoverRoos & KoverRoos III: 1st 6 months - no charge, 2nd 6 months 75% off list price, 3rd 6 months 50% off list price, 4th 6 months 25% off list price.
- SupraRoos: 1st 9 months - no charge, 2nd 9 months 75% off list price, 3rd 9 months 50% off list price, 4th 9 months 25% off list price.
- WeatherMax: 1st 9 months - no charge, 2nd 9 months 75% off list price, 3rd 9 months 50% off list price, 4th 9 months 25% off list price.
To complete the warranty process, the damaged cover, a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the RA# and your shipping details must be sent to the warranty claims department. The address is:

KoverRoos® is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided. Replacements will be sent out after receiving the warranted cover, unless full payment is made on the replacement before the cover is received
