Return and Warranty Information

WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION

At KoverRoos®, we stand behind all of our products. Under our Warranty Policy, we accept returns for products with material or workmanship flaws. In the event that you have a KoverRoos® product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, please visit koverroos.com/returns to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges & Returns on regular stock items due to size, fit, or style selection problems may be made within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be made for custom covers. Regular stock items will not be accepted for refund or exchange after 30 days. All returns will be inspected prior to processing of refunds or exchanges. Product returned for credit must be in its original packaging, and cannot be used, altered or damaged. No exchanges or refunds will be made for custom covers or discontinued items. Shipping costs are not refunded as part of the return policy.

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCEDURE:

  1. Fill out the return authorization request form at koverroos.com/returns. (Each item returned must have a KoverRoos® RA #.)
  2. Clearly print the KoverRoos® RA# on the outside of the shipping container (Note: Shipments received at any KoverRoos® location without proper RA# will not be processed.)
  3. Send package to:

KoverRoos® is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided. Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and KoverRoos® will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note:

    • Shipment of the damaged cover is not covered under the warranty policy, and shipping costs are not refunded under the return policy.
    • Replacements will be sent out after receiving the returned cover, unless full payment is made on the replacement before the cover is received.
    • Allow 5 business days for returned cover to be inspected, and 14 business days for issuance of credits or replacement orders.
    • RA will be valid for 60 days from date of issuance.

Warranty & Procedure 

Products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of:

*Limited Warranty: Repair the cover at no additional cost or replace the cover at 50% off list price based on schedule.


Warranty is calculated from the date of original purchase. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. Damage caused by heavy storms and high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been modified in any way. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers' original purchase price.

Inspections and Warranty Claim: Upon product receipt and inspection, if the product is determined by KoverRoos® in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a replacement cover will be mailed to the return address on the package. From time to time products are discontinued, so an exact replacement may not be available. If this is the case a substitute may be offered. If a replacement is issued, the warranted product be recycled, not returned.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE:

Should any trouble occur during the warranty period, visit koverroos.com/returns to fill out a return authorization request form. To validate your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. If it is determined that your cover needs to be returned to us, you will get an authorization number (RA#) from the Customer Service Associate, and you will return the cover, freight prepaid, to Responsible Consumer Products (address below). Clearly mark the carton with your RA#. Covers returned without an RA# cannot be processed. We encourage the use of a traceable method when returning packages.

If it is covered under warranty and inspection shows defective workmanship or material, we will repair the cover at no additional cost or replace the cover at 50% off list price based on schedule below:

To complete the warranty process, the damaged cover, a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the RA# and your shipping details must be sent to the warranty claims department.

Please allow 10-14 business days from receipt for the inspection and investigation process. Replacements can be sent out in the interim, and the customer will be billed in full at current pricing. All discounts, credits, exchanges will be completed after receipt, inspection and resolution of warranty claims. Thank you for your cooperation.
